TFluid documentation and tutorials

The maintained user manual and case tutorials are currently written in Chinese. This page replaces the obsolete V1.1.0 introduction; it does not claim that the full manual has been translated into English.

Documentation is publicly readable. Running a case remains subject to the software's actual module licence and resource requirements. The documentation inventory is not a claim that every case has passed a solver run or physical validation on the latest UI.
